Meet Coach Troi
I’m Troi Lewis, the creator of The Body Lab—a space designed to help women transform not just their bodies, but their entire mindset around wellness. I’m a certified trainer, wellness educator, and transformation coach who believes in the power of science-backed training, real nourishment, and showing up for yourself with grace and grit.
With a background in fitness coaching and a deep passion for helping women feel strong, seen, and capable, I created The Body Lab to take the guesswork out of getting results. My mission is to help women build the bodies of their dreams—without burning out, starving themselves, or shrinking to fit someone else’s standards.
I lead with love, I train with intention, and I teach women how to fuel their goals while honoring their bodies.
